Question / Help Looking advice for settings

Hi there all. I'm fresh member and i want if anyone can give me advice how to set up my streaming setting coz i tried and im wrong something coz i got that this little cyrcle on my stream every 2 min for about 20 sec every time. so my PC spec is :

nVidia GTX 970 4GB GDDR5 256bit
Intel® Core™ i7-4790 Haswell 3.60Ghz (8M Cache, up to 4.00 GHz)
KINGSTON 1866MHz (DDR3,2x8GB)
ASROCK H97M ANNIVERSARY Haswell

Every one telling me i have enogh power and up speed to stream with high quality even with 1080p but i dont use right settings.

So ill take any advice and will be testing it right away and share the results.

Setting that Estimator give me :

CPU Advice
  • Set FPS to 30
  • Consider setting FPS to 60 if you have spare CPU power for improved quality
Game Advice
  • Try to aim for the highest bitrate possible for high motion games
  • Use game capture if possible for maximum performance.
  • Use window capture with Aero enabled if game capture is unavailable.
Network Advice
  • Your upload speed is sufficient for 720p / 1080p
  • Enable CFR for compatibility with streaming services
  • Enable CBR for improved stream stability
  • Recommended max bitrate: 3500
  • Recommended buffer size: 3500

I use all EU servers and the results are the same.
Didin't work at all.

And OBS telling me that my aspect ratio is not correct and need to be 16:9, but my resolution can use that 1680x1050 , and so here is the question. What resolution i need to use and what downscale i should use too. ( i will change my monitors very soon with full HD ) .


It's hard to belive in that i spend alot of money for so good PC and i can't even stream at 720p ....

Waiting for new advice coz i really need your help.
