Hello, I use Nvidia NVEC encoder, at 1280x720, 30fps, and 3400bit, prest High quality Low latency. 2 days ago I streamed ARMA 3 without any problems, with 60% usage CPU - no red warnings, everything perfect.
Today, I've got many warnings with Long encoding time. But I dont know why, becouse my CPU isnt 95-100% but only 60-75. Thanks for advices and sorry for my English skill.

Post a link to the log. There has to be something else running. When using the NVENC encoder you shouldnt see any CPU usage. I use it and when I used to use x264 I would use somewhere around 40% of CPU now its like 19%.

Its weird becouse I do nothing after my earlier stream works perfectly with the same settings. Hm.

Edit: I changed to x264 encoder and on the same resolution and bitrate, (veryfast), it works better than NVEC. I streamed about 15mins with x264 and got warning only 2-3 times for about 2 seconds. But on NVEC I have this warning all time. Below is my x264 logs for comparison.

Unfortunately your laptop really isn't powerful enough to stream well at 1536x864, you're only running a dual core CPU. You should downscale to something closer to 480p, switch your x264 preset to superfast or maybe even ultrafast, and see if it works better. If you really think it was working better with the exact same settings, you should have old log files you can compare your current settings against.

those warnings can appear when you are alt+tabbing around while streaming on nvenc

would need a vod with nvenc streaming if the stream actually starts lagging or anything else
