Hello,is it possible to get rid of the delay,i mean even though the delay is set to 0 there is still like 5 sec delay.

No, since there is [your pc] ---- [internet] ---- [server] --- [viewer] --(distance) that the signal (data) has to go. 5 Sec delay it's good, be happy :P
That's the "latency" factor.
