Question / Help Logitech c930e?

I just got this webcam, excited to use it, but almost no software I have can use it, the only thing I can literally do is do a video preview in the settings on Skype, no video call, no OBS preview, nothing. I'm only posting this hear because the Logitech support has been very unhelpful and I got this webcam for streaming purposes in the first place. If it helps, I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit, drivers for everything in general are up to date, I tried multiple USB ports on the motherboard itself, the only thing I will note, is when I did a system restore to an older point for a directx installation for a game on steam but that's the only change that was made aside from plugging in the webcam, the webcam did seem to work, but when I restarted? No such luck, it's baffling and kinda upsetting, any help in general for what might help aside from a hopeful fresh Windows install would be very much appreciated.

Is skype active during OBS? Because if skype is, it is blocking the webcam off for OBS. Other than that I do assume you use videocapture and selected the camere there. Also keep in mind you need to run as admin

No I tried them separately, not at the same time. And yes I've been using video capture, not sure what you mean by admin, I'm the only user on the PC and even tried running OBS and Skype as an admin, no luck. I actually just did a fresh install of windows, still no luck...

I just found the culprit, very happy I figured it out, but sad at the same time. It was the drivers for a blue yeti pro that were conflicting with it. Though now I'm at a loss as to what to do. The Blue Yeti Pro is very clear but honestly it's a little big and very sensitive for home use regardless of whatever settings I use, even cardioid.
