Question / Help Local recording with current setup?

Hello what rec. setting you do think I should add for local recording with OBS?

I have:
27 inch 1440p monitor oc to 100hz
CPU: i7-4790k devils canyon
RAM: 8 GB ddr3 1666
GPU: gtx 970 evga sc edition


I would like to record in 1440p if possible on games like battlefront etc
also what setting do you rec for streaming, if possible??
