Question / Help Local Recording - What settings?

I already use OBS to record what i play, and it does look good coming out. But what exact settings should i have for the best local recording quality?(bit-rate & such?). Here is an example of the quality i currently get: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NcOeB5BeVIw

bitrate 1000
buffer size 0

1000 kbit is not even funny ... think about 30000 ...

The important part about those settings alpinlol listed was setting the buffer to 0. This tells x264 to use as much bitrate as it wants(while staying within the chosen CRF), making the bitrate setting unimportant.
