Question / Help Local recording looks pixelated when brought into Premier

Trying to figure out how to fix this issue I am having recording. Whenever I record a game with 3d graphics in OBS they become pixelated with huge squares everywhere in premiere. Tried to use Xsplit and it would give me good video quality but would have audio syncing messed up. Obs has great audio syncing so if I could figure out how to get quality video recordings it would be perfect.

What version of Premiere are you using and are you using OBS Studio or OBS Classic?
