Question / Help Local Recording Issue

I have been trying to make a local recording to have a bit of fun editing and upload things to YouTube but unfortunately I have some issues. I set everything up, I have a game capture, image and webcam going all at once and whenever I start the local recording it will be recording properly for around two seconds or so before all image freezes. The image will be completely frozen and only sound will be coming through.

I am quite new to all of this so any help fixing it up will be greatly appreciated.

This CPU isn't fast enough. Or technically the speed in GHz is good, but it doesn't have enough cores. Its a dual core, and you really need a six or eight core to get any decent realtime encoding done with this generation of AMD cpu.

You can try setting the preset to UltraFast and setting the framerate down to something like 15 or 20, and if that's not enough, increasing the downscale to decrease the capture resolution, but even then, the results may be poor.
