Question / Help [Local Recording] In-game is fine but recording is choppy or even freezes.

So i've been looking at tutorials on how to get the best quality and no lag so when i used some of these settings i got input lag. Then i got these settings where in games like csgo i get 250+ fps when recording so i go back to check the recording and its very choppy or even sometimes doesn't display video (just a snapshot of it) but the sound plays. Help?
