Question / Help Local Recording - Frame drop after 10 minutes of recording?

Hey there!

I've been using OBS now for several months and I haven't had a problem using the software until now. I swapped over from Xsplit due to it being so slow and all was going well.

The other day I swapped my local recording settings to settings capable for streaming, just to see what the stream would look like. After I finished, I changed it back to the original and now I'm receiving an encoding warning about frame drop? I use an ultrabook to record with and up to the time I changed the settings, I was more than capable of recording in 720p (1080p is stretching it too far for my laptop). My laptop specs aren't brilliant but like I said I could record in 720p before this. (Evidence is from roughly 5-7 Youtube videos that I had recorded using OBS and the same settings)

I was looking through some threads, to see if someone else had this problem and found that it may be temperature related. The laptop is nosier when recording ever since the error message appeared, but I'm honestly clueless. I find it strange that it just suddenly drops FPS at around 10 minutes all the time? CPU usage is now 80-100% which it never use to be either!

Here's the recent log, from today's recording for my Youtube channel:

I would be really grateful for any help! (I'm looking for anything other than Computer specs, because like I said it's worked perfectly before)
