Question / Help Local Recording For League

Hello I'm trying to record League Of Legends with OBS. But I'm having major problems.
Here are my Pc Specs:
Processor: AMD E1-2500 with Radeon (TM) HD Graphics 1.40 Hz
Installed Ram: 4.00 GB (3.46 GB useable)
System Type: 64-bit Operating System, 64x based processor
