Question / Help Local Recorded Video Freezes

I am recording minecraft with obs. While I am playing nothing is wrong F3 mode says I am getting 70-100 FPS. But when I watcj the video It freezes all the time. How do I fix it ?

My system and settings:

Our normal "player to test with" is VLC. I would suggest trying it.
Nope VLC freezes too. But in every player the audio is playing. But a frame freezes for 3-5 seconds then it plays 4-5 seconds then it freezes again.
 
yep solution would be trying Super/Ultrafast I would say Ultrafast. And about the VLC player If I play OBS files in it, the Video slightly stutters if I play it in media player it's fluent. Go figure.
