EDIT: IT'S NOW LOADING EVERY 15-25 SECONDS. STILL LOOKING FOR A FIX THO!

Hello,
I'm attempting to stream league of legends, i have submitted my log many times to obs analyzer and i get no errors.

The problem i am having is every 5-10 seconds my stream loads and then it takes 5 seconds for it to load. This repeats all the time. I have 0 dropped frams and i've tried pretty much everything. It's stable at 30 fps on OBS and I've tried lowering my bitrate to as low as 1500 still the exact same problem.

This is my most recent log:

If anyone has a fix for this i would be so grateful.

Thanks for reading :)

just lower your bitrate its due to twitch new video dilvery system

i'd say about 2000 bitrate should be fine with 720p30 if you try to stream league

Still the same problem with 2000 bitrate

2000kbps will give excellent quality on LoL at 720@30. Make sure you're turned off 'use custom buffer', if you enabled it and manually set the buffer to 3500.
Your log appears to not have a game capture; were you streaming League there?

About the only options are to switch to a different ingest server and see if the problem resolves itself (the Frankfurt server is notorious for having weird problems... believe that's the one you have selected?), or lower your bitrate further... while 2000 is the maximum recommended for non-partnered streamers, most games can be run acceptably at 720@30fps at 1500kbps; with the low-motion nature of League of Legends, you might be able to get away with passable quality at 1200, or even 1000 (not recommended to go THAT low unless absolutely necessary though).

Also, on an unrelated note, if you have Win7-64 bit, it may be worthwhile to move to OBS 64-bit as well. Minor performance gains... but even 5% is still an extra 5%, right?

Thank you for the reply. I don't have any quality problems. With my PC and Connection i should be running at maximun without problems. But i'm guessing it's a part where i'm connecting to the twitch servers i am getting issues since OBS is reporting no problems. I attempted to connect to the london server once too. Still had the same issues. I havent tried any of the other close ones tho. I've been as low as 500 kbps now and i still have the issues where it keeps loading every 10-20 seconds on twitch so i bumped the bitrate back up to 2000 as i realized that is clearly not the issue.

As for the part where it didnt recognize any game capture is because i was having the issues even when not ingame so i was testing this for hours without playing too.
