My upload speed is around 1 Mbps. I want to live stream with a bitrate about 800 kbps. If I want 10k people to watch It Does It mean that everybody will get around 81 bps and in fact nobody will be able to watch it? I want to use my own rtmp linux based server.

If you run your own server you'd only be able to have 1 viewer though.

Why Is that? So How can I be able to send everybody that high bitrate (800) without having some kind of monstrous internet connection? ;)

it depends where your server is located if your server is actually in your house and on the same connection than you are bound to that upload while an actual server has several gigabits of upload to provide everyone the same quality

You typically stream to a service like Twitch.tv or Ustream, where they host servers with (hopefully) enough bandwidth to serve to many people. Hosting your own server is not a common case.

All those services like ustream, castasap castamp you name it, have build in ads so that sucks, because I want to monetize my traffic. I thought about using jw player asd edition, but I need to have my own server to host it. Dedicated server could be a good solution but I guess I could burn all bandwidth at once, even If It would be like 30 TB... I need something like unlimited bandwidth :)

You can try to talk to a CDN somewhere like StreamEngine but I hope you have a lot of money to spend.

If you want to monetize your stream with ads and just starting out, I recommend streaming on an existing CDN (like Ustream or Justin.tv) and try to get a partnership with them for ad revenue from there. If you are a single person wanting to make money from streaming, it would take a LOOOOONG time to get the viewership to support self-hosted streaming monetized with ads.

Ok, using my own server wasn't probably the best idea. Partnership with some CDN is some idea, but I am not sure If It's for me.

It seems like the only option is dedicated server with unlimited badwidth or some kind of VPS but I have to read more about It because I for now I have no idea what exactly could work for me the best.
