Question / Help Livestream while Recording with Elgato? Need help!

Hey guys, I just have a slight problem that I desperately want answered.


So I've been streaming with OBS for quite some time now for the Xbox 360 through my Elgato. I've noticed for some people, when they re-use gameplay from the stream they do not have overlays in them (even when they streamed with overlays). Is there something i'm missing here? Is it possible to remove overlays from livestreamed gameplay or no? I need this answered please! If the answer is yes please explain to me how :). Thanks for your time!

No there is no way to remove an Overlay. The only way to do this is from my knowledge would be to record the gameplay separately from the live stream. There used to be an easy multi way to run multiple instances of OBS but now it doesn't work for m.e You can use the same method but it requires projector mode which i can't do.
