Question / Help Livestream across LAN?

Hi guys, so in the upcoming week I am having a LAN Party with a few of my Friends, there is me and 3 others. What I am wanting to do is have a livestream going while we game, basically 1 computer will have the video input from each of the 4 PC's and that will be the one streaming out to the internet.

This is my idea and how I would like it all to work out because we don't all have capture cards to capture video from each PC. What I want to do is run OBS on each system and stream the video across the LAN network to my HOST PC (The one that will be streaming Externally). That footage will basically be the the PC's Game footage. Then I want the HOST PC to pick up the local stream from each PC and put that into OBS where it can select what Scene or Display it wants to live stream out. Basically having 4 video inputs from each PC.

Is there a way to stream the video locally through a LAN connection from 4 PC's all into 1 PC without the use of Capture Cards.

Image to describe what I mean, its really hard to word: http://gyazo.com/836ee0a4e3e6e23d33afb8bd825277e0.png

Hopefully you all understand what I mean because I know I have done a bad job of explaining it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
James

Crude but viable workaround: set up a total of 5 Twitch accounts, 4 of which private. Stream each of the 4 PCs to their own, individual private channel and watch those private channels on the so-called host PC and simply capture that footage in an OBS running on that host PC. Using 4 Window Captures (with Aero Enabled).

This workaround will work but it will also put quite a strain on the bandwidth. So, only do it when you have plenty to spare -- Let's say, it is only really viable with something like 20Mbit up.

There is a way to do what you want to accomplish. I don't believe that you can use OBS to stream locally at this time(although i may be mistaken). I use VLC to stream over my network. This tutorial page should help you along after you've downloaded it "http://www.howtogeek.com/118075/how-to-stream-videos-and-music-over-the-network-using-vlc/".

Though I've never tried 4 computers at once, I'm sure you could use vlc to stream locally on all 4. Then you can recieve the feed on your Host Pc, and presto, all thats left is to use OBS to stream them to Twitch or whereever you want.

Also, there is a very useful program I use to control multiple PCs remotely, it is called Input Director. A few people have used it multibox vidoe games with ease, however, i use it just so i don't have to get off my fat backside just to change things on another computer sitting a few feet in front of me.

Hope all this helps
