Question / Help Live Twitch Chat causes massive latency

Hello, I have started using OBS for three weeks and it has been very easy to use and I am pleased with it.
However, since a few days ago (a new update may be causing this), while playing online my ms has gone from ~30 to 100-900ms. I could understand maybe a spike to 100ms, but the build up to 900ms is just ridiculous!

After testing out what could be the issue, I find when I disable my twitch chat source my latency falls back down to ~30ms. Here is a log, I have run it through the auto helper and it gave some hints that have not solved the problem. I have lowered my bitrate, closed all other sources, but it seems the chat is what slows me down.

Although, once today while testing, for whatever reason, it worked fine. Then, another incredible spike. Any clue?
