Question / Help Live Streaming Commentary Sync options

Hey Guys,
Just wondering if OBS has a Mic delay option available. I want to delay my commentary audio from my USB Mic to about 2-3 seconds to stay in sync with my video game gameplay. Currently my commentary is a few seconds ahead of the gameplay.
I don't want to purchase Virtual Audio Cable software, if OBS has this option built in (like XSplit does)

thx..gonna try to set it to 2000. Now, if there's a webcam in the mix, that would also need to be delayed. Would I then tinker with the user Buffering setting ?
