Hi everyone, atm im Streaming a game called SA:MP (GTA San Andreas Multiplayer). Im quite new in this and i've been trying alot of settings to make my stream watchable because my upload speed is not very good. And at the moment it looks like this:

As you can see there is alot of pixelation, maybe there is some way to get some less pixelation as I'm not very good at making settings for obs

Those are the settings I'm using:

codec x264
quality 8
Maxbitrate 750
Audio AAC - Bitrate 64
Resolution: 1920x1080 but It is scaled to 920x540
Filter bilinear (fast)
FPS: 45
Preset codec x264 medium

My upload speed is 1.2MB, sometimes 1.23 and 1.25 all last times i tested it.
Thanks everyone.

Try 1000 bitrate (and go back to 900 or 800 if your ping is too high) and 30 or 25 FPS.
It will work, but dont expect great quality. Your upload speed is just too slow for higher resolution and better quality.
If you are using voice, think about it too - it need some bandwith too.
Get a faster connection, 3 or 4 mbit/s upload and you can stream 720p with nice quality.
