Is there any way I can create a live scrolling news ticker that is updated LIVE from RSS or something. Like you would see on the bottom of a news channel or stock market channel.

Is there any way I can create a live scrolling news ticker that is updated LIVE from RSS or something. Like you would see on the bottom of a news channel or stock market channel.

I've heard about a project to make an overlay like you would see on the local channel news, but he was early in even starting to build it.
