I had the card for about 13-14 months now. It worked fine all this time, no hiccups whatsoever. I then stopped recording gameplay for a while because of Work/School. Now I have some extra time so I wanted to fuck around with it and here's the message I'm getting :
I'm using the latest drivers / application downloaded from http://gamerzone.avermedia.com/support/download/live_gamer_hd
I tried the original drivers that came with the card. Funny thing is the program no longer crashes but it does not record the video nor audio at all!

Device manager recognizes the card perfectly fine:
I'm sorry If this is not the right thread to post this but I'm desperate. I realize I have the horsepower to use DXtory but after spending 170$ on this card I would assume it would work after a year.
