(Linux Mint) OBS not detecting Intel Arc B580 GPU as Video Encoder?

I was watching a YT tutorial on how to set up OBS, and it was recommended that your video encoder should be using your dedicated graphics card directly (makes sense). However, when I check it I don't seem to find the option to be there? All I'm receiving is:
(Use Stream Decoder)
AOM V1
FFmpeg VAAPI H.264
FFmpeg VAAPI HEVC
SVT-AV1
x264

So it looks like it's picking up my AMD IGPU (My CPU is an AMD Ryzen 7800X3D) just fine. Tho obviously that's not what I want. My monitor is plugged into the GPU, so everything else has been using it just fine. I also reinstalled it (even rebooted my PC) and still, nada. Hopefully this is an easy fix, I just want to record some video games in high enough quality man

UPDATE, after deciding to give GPU screen recorder a look at as a potential backup--I was immediately hit with an error that hardware video encoding couldn't be detected. Then it recommended me to type in:
flatpak install --system org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default//24.08extra (which was already installed so I was good in that department). Then it recommended I should type in flatpak install --system org.freedesktop.Platform.VAAPI.Intel//24.08 afterwards into the terminal if I had an Intel GPU. I did that, then decided to check OBS again and boom! 3 differents of quicksync immediately popped up (Quicksync AV1, Quicksync H. 264, and Quicksync HEVC) as options. Ty GPU Screen Recorder Dev for practically writing out the issue for me <333
Granted I haven't actually tested it yet by recording n' what not, but for now I'd say this particular has been solved. if I run into anymore issues, I'll simply make another post
