Question / Help Link Twitch Dashboard

The set-up guide provided by twitch says that I should be able to link to my dashboard, and I am following the guide perfectly, but I can't find the setting. Has it been moved somewhere, or has it just been removed? Please help.

There is no way to link your Twitch dashboard to OBS. The option you're probably referring to was for a button that has since been removed from the program that would simply open the configured URL in a browser.
