Question / Help Line-In stream source audio?

So I have an interesting issue I think. I'm trying to set up my source audio as my Line-In for my capture card. I have an AverMedia C127 if that helps. Anyway, my issue is that for some reason my Audio Input Device option is greyed out.

I know that OBS detects my Line-In because it appears in the Mic/Aux Device settings under Audio. I just can't seem to find a way to set it as my source audio for my capture card. My device I am streaming from has no HDMI audio so I need to use Line-In to get audio from the device. The problem is I have no way to select Line-In at all as a source.

Am I missing something stupid? I feel like I should be able to use this drop down menu, otherwise why is it here?

Also 2 unrelated issues:

Preserve Source Size doesn't seem to be working at all for me for any of my capture devices. I have a 720p scene since that's the max resolution I stream at. However when I made edits to the device settings it forces the device back to 1080p and resets its position in my scene EVERY TIME.

As well as the volume adjustment doesn't work unless I set it, click OK, then untick and retick the device in the scenes window. It doesn't seem to refresh the volume level on "OK" for some reason.

Thoughts?
