Question / Help LGP Lite Stream Engine Problems on OBS

I am having a problem with the LGP Lite Stream Engine on OBS. When I add a video capture device and go to select the device the LGP Lite Stream Engine is an option and I can select it but I cant do anything else, it especially will not let me configure it in obs and when I refresh the video capture device properties it switches from the LGP Lite Stream Engine to the AVerMedia C835 Capture which just gives me a red screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the stream engine, the lgp lite driver and firmware, and even obs multiple times and nothing seems to be working. I would appreciate if someone could help me with this dilemma.

LGP Stream Engine only works on 32bit of OBS as of now.

I thought Stream Engine wasn't even needed anyways.
