Question / Help LGHD stream engine is not defined

You don't need stream engine, OBS works with the card's driver OOTB. I can see stream engine only in the 32-bit version of OBS though if you still wanna try. I have some trouble with the capture card atm, I'd appreciate if you can get back to me if it works fine for you or if it doesn't ;)

Legacy OBS does not have access to C985's hardware encoder, try OBS-MP if you wanna use that.
Supposedly the card's hardware encoder is rather bad though (as most/all hardware encoders are at low bitrates) depending on your GPU/CPU you can try using QuickSync, NVENC or VCE.

VCE stream in 1080p 30 fps looks like 360r all smeared in all the squares, and this is when the bitrate to 15000

OBS Multiplatform I tried there you can select the encoder capture card, but there's just a problem when you start the stream, the picture is not on the stream fails in the program, but OBS shows that the stream started
