Question / Help LGHD Just Not Smooth 60fps

Ive read a few threads about people having similar issues but havent quite found a solution to the issue. Using the live gamer hd with obs. Streaming at 720p 60fps and I dont drop any frames in game, but when I go back to watch the twitch playback the stream just looks like it switches between 60fps and 30fps. Not as smooth as if I were to stream with RECentral.

Did anyone ever find a fix for this?
 
Post a logfile from the Help menu. Just 'upload' and paste the link here.

Could be a frame dupe/skip/late issue, or hardware over-loading (alleviated by RC being able to use the poor-quality on-device hardware encoders, while OBS can't but delivers better picture quality). Really need a log file to see what's happening on the back end, to tell.
 
Well, you aren't dropping or duping many frames. You're using a REALLY high bitrate though, well above the rated ingest maximum (3500kbps), and even further past the max advised bitrate for non-partnered streams (2000kbps). Possible that the ingest may be having issues, or the player itself. Your connection is showing minor stability issues, though that shouldn't affect a VOD playback.

Have you tried running a local recording, to rule out remote server performance issues?
 
I haven't tried a local recording. Think it could be the server I'm connected to?

Yea I know the bitrate is really high Haha. It actually makes the issue less noticeable! (barely)
