Question / Help LGHD C985 tablet issue?

Alright, I have the LGHD C985 and I am trying to capture my ipad for streaming, but I keep getting these black bars around the Ipad and don't know what to do I have tried changing resolutions and all kinds of crap... If anyone has any idea of what to do or has come across this before I would be more than happy to hear what info you have.

Nothing you can do when the ipad's resolution isn't the same aspect ratio as your scene or display.

So I would have to get a tablet with 16:9 resolution?

in order to avoid the black bars, yes.

Or find something to fill in the space.

Yea I just realized what you were saying... It isn't that kind of black bars...

I think I need to find a way to change the resolution so that the entire resolution of the capture card fits the IPad but don't know how to do that? I tried changing it in the RECentral and the Stream Engine as well as in the OBS device properties but nothing changes the black border around the IPad.

Because the ipad isn't a 16:9 display is it?

Then you're not going to be able to get rid of the borders.

They're either going to be in the video or they're going to be in the player.

Yea... oh well I might have to look and see if there is something designed more for a tablet or look into a nvidia shield tablet...
