Question / Help LGHD c985- Someone help?

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to ask for this type of help in this section but can someone that can load 720p streams with no lag help me set up my stream?

I have an Avermedia Live gamer HD c985

i7 4770k
8gb ram
gtx 660

30 download 5 upload

I can't seem to get a good quality stream. I've seen people with lower specs and internet speed than me and have been able to stream better than mine. If someone with streaming knowledge could help me that'd be great!

Maybe you want to post a vod of what you dislike or something? Everything in the log is reporting back great results, and your settings are ideal for that resolution/fps. You even have the avermedia set up properly. Everything looks good from the log.
