Hi everyone,
I wanted to ask if you think that my setup is enough for full quality stream?

My pc:
The picture components plus
Samsung Ssd 128gb
Wd10ezrx

I already ordered those parts, and now I am wondering if I made a bad purchase ?
Thanks a lot in advance

Looks like a very solid mid-high end streaming build, though you may run into problems if you turn on GSync. It's a proprietary technology, and tends to break things when livestreaming. Leave it off, use vsync.

Other important information: Where are you streaming to? If to Twitch, are you a Partnered caster? If not, exceeding 2000kbps is not recommended, to maximize your potential audience. A 720p@30fps stream on x264 Veryfast fits into this bitrate budget nicely, and with that CPU you can turn down the preset to Medium or lower to use better compression, and make the stream look even better. The 5820k is capable of encoding 1080@60 Veryfast video though, so it has a lot of room to grow, when you do.

Unless you're an established caster or professional player, DotA2 is a very saturated game, and will be very hard to start growing your channel and community with; simply due to the sheer number of newer casters playing it, getting any viewership can be more or less luck, and retention can be low for the same reason (wide field).
Absolutely play what you love, but you'll have better luck if you play something you love that isn't in the top two rows of 'browse by games'. :)

I am on twitch and I am not partnered, so what are you suggesting is not to go for the full blast, but with 720p30fps not 1080p60fps, I didn't understand why, I am rookie in twitch, sorry for asking you to explain it in simple lenguage :)

1080p@60fps will require a LOT of bitrate, and cause most of your viewers to constantly buffer (buffering hell) and leave your stream for one they can watch smoothly. 1080@60 will require around 5000kbps to start, which also runs the risk of having Twitch ask you to stop, as running too high bitrate can cause the ingest servers to fail.

Twitch released user metrics that show that most people can watch smoothly and without buffering at 2000kbps. 1080@60 will look like complete crap at that low of a bitrate. Even going to 2500kbps results in a significant increase in viewer buffering, and reduces your potential audience.
The best settings to use that fits into a 2000kbps rate is 720p@30fps, or 480p@60fps.

Use too much bitrate, everyone will buffer and leave.
Use too high a resolution/framerate for a bitrate that people can watch, and people will leave because it'll look like you smeared Vaseline on the screen.
