Question / Help League of Legends scene switcher

I downloaded the 32 and 64 bit. I moved it into plug ins under obs but its not showing up in plug ins when I actually open obs. what am I doing wrong? I've watched tutorials where they download it, find and move it into plug ins folder under obs and when I go to check for it its not there.

That functionality has been a part of the base OBS program for quite a while, it doesn't require a separate plugin. Look under Settings > Scene Switcher.
