Question / Help League of Legends Ping (ms) problem

The problem is when I play LOL while streaming my ping is higher. Usually I play with 40-45 ping but when I stream its 60+ and its a problem.I haven't got this problem before so its kind of strange.Please help me.Also my stream laggs sometimes(I'm not dropping frames). I'm streaming at twitch if that matters.

OBS Settings:

720p
25 fps
2000 max bitrate
Use CBR

Use MNI if you're having a ping problem Settings>broadcasting settings>enable Minimize network impact.

1 more question should I disable Aero?

Only if you have to use monitor capture. My recommendation is to avoid using monitor capture and leave aero on.
