im having trouble with streaming LOL on twitch it lags in game skipping enough to bother me

disable aero

how do i set my encoding to fast is it under the cpu?

settings > advanced > x264 cpu preset > fast

if you are using x264 encoder.

if you are using quick sync or nvenc drop it towards performance instead of quality.

Also do not disable Aero.
