Question / Help League of Legends and OBS lag

Hi everyone,

Ever since I have started to stream League of Legends on OBS, stream stucks from 0 to 35~45 FPS.
Nevertheless, I find my computer strong enough to hold this stream.

Your cpu is too weak to handle the stream downscale the resolution in your obs settings. Maybe go also down with your fps. Both cost a lot of cpu usage. Also check out your connection speed. 1000kbit/s upload is is to low for a good quality stream. Get sure that no videos streams run in background. If you stream. All video use around 20% of your cpu usage
