Question / Help layering windows

Hey guys

I'm new to streaming and OBS and I love it so far.

My issue is that if I'm using Window capture to capture my browser with youtube running if I put a program over the browser that video is covered by the program even though it's not in the browser.

My question is: Is there a way I can make OBS capture only the youtube part of the browser and nothing else? Including anything I have infront/ontop of the video. so in other words, capture layer 1 and not layer 2 or 3 even if I have them ontop of layer 1.

You need to enable Aero in Windows Vista/7 for window capture to be exclusive to a particular window. You can use a subregion or cropping to limit the captured area to the Youtube player area in your browser.
