Recently I have been randomly pinging high when I stream and stream frame drops as well with both the 32bit and 64bit version of OBS especially when I stream CS:GO when I'm using the ESEA client. Even when I stream at 1800 or 2000 bitrate and buffer.

PC Specs
Intel I5-4590 3.3GHz
16GB Ram
Nvidia GTX 760
Windows 7 Home Premium

Internet Connection
170 Down
25 Up

If it's not your end of the connection then it's an intermediary or the service provider.

What was your Shaperprobe result? Have you tried enabling Minimize Network Impact? What servers did you try? Did you try using a different service to see if it had the same issues?

What resolution/bitrate are you trying to stream at? As an anecdotal tip, I had issues going higher than 720p30, 1500 Kbps. Even with a beastly PC and internet connection, Twitch will only dedicate so much bandwidth to you.
