Question / Help Late frames detected and unknown hook conflict

when i stream games such as dayz my obs captures alot of late frames which makes my stream look extremely choppy. ive tried reformatting windows and nothing worked, ive also tried many things. It says that i have 62% of late frames and a hook conflict, but im not sure how to fix them as ive already tried. Im hopping that someone would finally help me....

It's simple.

OBS uses your GPU to composite the scene together. Your GPU is overloaded.

Either turn your settings down in game and/or buy a better GPU.

Also: Upgrade to Studio. It won't fix this issue, but it will make your life better.

thanks for the reply, Ive already done that before and the thing is that this just recently happened so before things were normal.
