What are the specs I need to stream HD quality onto twitch, using an HD PVR capture device? I would be streaming from my xbox one. I need a laptop for space reasons. Desktop just wont work.

So I found this computer, I thought may work? but it's a little higher than what I'm wanting to spend.

I'm not very good when it comes to computers. Trying to get opinions. Like I said, I'd like to stream from my xbox one to twitch, using this program, in HD quality. I have good internet.

Let me make something clear... if you try to low-ball price, you will end up with junk. That goes quadruply so for laptops.

Also, that "equivalency" is only if you manage to keep it cool enough. And force turbo boost on.

I used to steam with an old i7 so the laptop I posted should be perfectly fine
