Question / Help Laptop Spec Help needed

Hey everyone. The laptop I am using is

• Intel Pentium 2117U 1.8 GHz
• 4 GB SO-DIMM
• 500 GB 5400 rpm Hard Drive
• 15.6-Inch Screen
• Windows 8

I would like to stream my PS4 using some sort of capture device such as an Elgato or HD PVR 2. Will this system be powerful enough to stream in 720p? Or Would I be better off just using the streaming that is built into the PS4

No, it won't. You would be better off using the built-in program with your capture card to do the streaming, or the PS4 streaming.
