Question / Help Laptop not recieving video correctly.

I've replaced my old laptop with a new one, but my my new laptop is not picking up my Roxio Game Capture correctly. My other laptop has been streaming off of it for a while and still works but this new laptop just doesn't want to cooperate.

Output to the TV is fine and I can recieve audio, but again it's just a video problem.
 
so with the limited information not much can be done.

First you will need a log file from OBS
Second, if you know or have the outgoing resolution and frames per second of the capture going in and coming out of the Roxio Game Capture device.

Just from looking it seems that your Roxio source is mismatched with the resolution or fps.
 
Well, all of a sudden it started to work so I'm sorry for that. The resolution was the first thing I checked and it started to work just now while running the same settings. I apologize for the limited information though.
