Question / Help Laptop - Black-Screen on both Graphics Processors

So a week ago, I was able to have OBS display my Display Screen. I did a quick Partial Reset on my computer (Had apps, any unnecessary files deleted, but not everything), then reinstalled OBS. Now, it won't display it on both Graphics Processors. I know this is obsproject, but I'm not sure what to do. Could it be because of that Partial Reset and did I have to delete all of the program files before reinstalling? (Games seem to be running badly after it)
Any Ideas? Solutions?

A issue I'm having could be because of my computer refusing to change the Graphics Processor (Images to Show/Explain)

Hi

I've got the same problem and the settings also don't work. I also used multible drivers but the problem still exist. need help
