NCIX is a store from Canada(you can also buy online from there), that was me assuming you were from there if you preferred to just buy the pieces locally.
The build he gave you on that link is actually perfect(if you had more money I would go up to 4770k on cpu), just missing a graphic card - you will need to add a bit extra money for it at least $150(a cheap "750 ti" is sufficient to run all the latest games, drawback no sli). I am pretty certain once you get a new current build computer you will get motivated into PC gaming. However if your entire focus is just Console streaming then you won't need the Graphic Card, the internal graphics in the 4690k is sufficient for that.
