I have alot of dropframes when i try to record. And bad quality
i5 4690k, GTX970, 16GB RAM.

Your CPU can't handle that encoder settings.
Change preset to "UltraFast", and/or reduce frames per second, and/or reduce output resolution.

You're probably not going to be able to record 1080p60 then. You'll be stuck at 720p60 or 1080p30

What the hell, there are lots of people with my config, or lower, and they do that..

Maybe try setting OBS priority higher, and/or using task manager to set game's priority lower? (may slow down game)

@Koverino same, i have gtx 960 gainward 4gb with i5 4460 8gb ram hyperx 1866mhz and any do, go wrong. I have a lot of lag in any games. I struggle almost a week.
