Question / Help Laggy recording, not game lag

I've been using OBS for about a week now. Up until today it recorded smoothly. Im not sure if i messed up some of my settings but, Ive been getting terrible lag or shuttering that isnt game lag at all. Im using window capture. Help? It was recording perfectly fine before.
