Question / Help Laggy Recording and streaming

When I am recording or streaming everything is running fine. But once i check my recording or stream afterwards it is very laggy and choppy.

I have made multiple setting adjustments but nothing will work

Is there a specific reason you have not updated to OBS Studio yet? Can you update and see if you have the same issues there?

That said, you're streaming from a laptop that has no proper GPU in it, so you will likely need to start with an output resolution around 560p.

I also have OBS studio to try it and see if there would be less lag but the same thing happens with studio

There is 0 chance that your laptop will be able to stream 1080p. You'll need to set the downscale to something far lower in Settings -> Video. Start around 560p and see if that works.

In the resolution how would i put it into my settings with the number by another number. I put in 560x560 but idk if thats what i'm supposed to do.

No, just pick the option in the dropdown list that's closest to 996x560.

I already had my downscale set to the lowest one and it was laggy
But for my base resolution it is set as 1920x1080

Can you provide a new log that has an actual record or streaming attempt in it? The logs you provided show the downscale being set to 1080p. So either you're mistaken, or the logs are old.
