my recorded video is lagging ? how can i fix it ?

crf of 2 is excessively low. the perceivable difference below crf of 18 is minimal at best.

Also, monitor capture on windows 7 is probably causing the bulk of your issue.

You can safely ignore the "VBR in use" and "Faster preset in use" warnings as well as the "Bad resolution / FPS / bitrate combination" error.

changed everything change the monitor capture to window capture,bitrate set to 15000,crf 18,all in game overlay from third party software has been disabled, no efect

heres the comparison ,the first video is when theres no problem,monitor capture with aero,in game overlay etc

You should be using window capture for the league lobby and game capture for the actual match.

Not monitor capture.
