Question / Help Laggy/Choppy playback.

Hello so I just recorded three videos on call of duty and when I went to edit them I noticed they were choppy and not smooth. Which is odd since I’ve used obs a lot in the past and all my playbacks were super smooth. This problem just occurred today. I have a RTX 2080 super with 16 gigs of RAM so I don’t understand what happened.

Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene. Also try running OBS as Admin and turning off
Game DVR. You may also want to update to Windows 10 1909.

I did everything and did a test recording. The problem was not as bad but still there. I attached the log file. do you notice anything else that could be a problem.

Turn off Game DVR, update to Windows 1909 and record with MKV instead of MP4/MOV.

Well I turned off Game DVR and I updated windows and also put the display and game captures on two different scenes and the problem is still there. The playback is laggy and choppy. I also noticed my fps is about 55 and my gpu is around 75-80 degrees. Here is the last log file i just tested. https://obsproject.com/logs/gNAFpcUzrJR8RWC9
