Question / Help Laggs, but I have a good Computer

Hello,

my Video File laggs hardly, but my Computer is very well:

OS: Windows 10 64 bit
CPU: Intel i5-6600K
RAM: 16 GB 1866 MHz
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 970

My Game runs on a different hard drive as OBS.
Windows runs on a SSD.
My Game DOESN'T Lagg.
I uploaded my latest log file with my OBS Options.
