Lagging while recording roblox while never had issues before

So i started noticing issues recently while recording on Roblox while even putting the graphics on the game to lowest it seemed that recording for some reason got worse and tried multiple methods on youtube videos like changine to 720p recording, changing to 60hz and 60 fps on obs with also capping it on game, checked if my gpu was overheating or having trouble which it wasnt and i still dont know the issue please help im a youtuber who really needs to record.
Specs:
-Intel 7 6700
-NVIDIA MSI Gefore GTX 1050 Ti Aero 4gb Gddr5 OC
-16 GB RAM

Platform: Windows 11

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
