My Fps ingame is around 60, and ping around 36 or smth.
my fps drops between 50 and goes up to 70.
This is my settings in OBS: http://imgur.com/7bYSg8g,PV6tlQP#0
Its in swedish but basically its the buff and bitrate settings...
So im lagging in game not that much, but its obvious that I do, which is really annoying. Any suggestions? thx :)

I see you're using Monitor capture with Aero enabled on Windows 7. You need to either disable aero, or (better yet) stop using monitor capture.

Also, you need to change your keyframe interval to 2 seconds if you want to stream to Twitch.

Thanks for the answer!

ok so I changed my keyframe interval to 2 seconds like you told me to, So when youre saying stop using monitor capture, you mean like have a smaller size of monitor or just a selected area on the screen, etc. How should I change it?

Remove the monitor capture source entirely and replace it with a Window capture, or disable Aero. Using Window capture is the better option, but if that's not what you want, then you'll need to disable Aero and stick with Monitor capture.

Making the capture size smaller will not help.

No no, you should either disable Aero, or use Window capture. You did both, and now Window capture isn't working as well as it could. Re-enable Aero, and keep using the Window capture.

Taking a closer look at your settings, though, I see you are streaming at only 900kbps, with a very small buffer. That is not enough for 720p yo look good. In order to reduce system load, and to make the stream look better, I recommend also downscaling to 480p.

oh ok my bad hahaha, I re-enabled it.
Yeah I took he lowest buffer just to find out what was wrong.
But I guess I can have it around 1500kbps?
